Maddilyn Schaus is a familiar face at the BNP. After working for BNP previously, Maddilyn left to work in government before returning to us. We are excited to welcome Maddilyn back as our Manager, Workforce Development, and our latest staff spotlight!
When asked what drew her back to BNP, Maddilyn said
The Buffalo Niagara Partnership is truly a place where individuals that care deeply about the future of our region come together with skill sets to better our community. I was thrilled to return to the Partnership because of the tremendous teammates and leadership that exists within the BNP family.
In her role as the Manager of Workforce Development, she is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with a broad range of partners and stakeholders to advance the goals of our initiatives and assist employers with their workforce needs.
