2022-23 MESSAGE FROM THE CHAIRMAN AND PRESIDENT & CEO

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to each of you for your unwavering support of our mission.

So many positive things are happening in Buffalo Niagara. Most significant of all is our recent designation as a federal Tech Hub. This collaborative effort resulted in a Buffalo-Rochester-Syracuse application which ensures tremendous investment in growing our regional economy and building meaningful sector partnerships across the three metro areas.  Here in Buffalo, we’ve broken ground on what will be a state of the art stadium for the Buffalo Bills. The BNP was proud to be a part of, and to advocate for, both of these critical investments in our region.

In these dynamic times, our regional employers continue to confront formidable challenges, including the transformative effects of remote work, the rise of artificial intelligence, and the ever-present specter of cybersecurity threats.

At the BNP, we are dedicated to addressing these challenges head-on. We pride ourselves on convening our members with other stakeholders to tackle critical issues like workforce development through our Employ Community Coalition. This year, the launch of our Industry Leaders Forum marked an extraordinary achievement in shaping our initiatives across diverse sectors.
