Maura Cotter is our Marketing Coordinator and our latest staff spotlight!

Maura works to communicate the value of the BNP to our members and region through marketing initiatives, increasing awareness of Partnership programs, opportunities, events, and resources.

Learn a little bit more about Maura in this brief Q&A.

Q: What is your background in/what type of work were you in before the Partnership?

A: I came to the Partnership with a background in marketing and customer service in different industries.

Q: What do you like to do for fun?

A: Anything music-related! I’ve been known to travel far and wide for concerts and musicals.

Q: Best Buffalo Hidden Gem.

A: Frosty Treat in Irving, NY.

Q: What is your favorite part about living in Buffalo?

A: It’s truly hard to pick a favorite, but one thing I love about the region is getting to experience all four seasons (even though winter tends to carry over into spring more than we’d like!). I think fall and summer in Buffalo are especially hard to beat.

Q: What are you doing differently post-pandemic that you didn’t do before?

A: I’m spending more time outside – going for long walks, riding bikes, and rollerblading.

Q: Since you are no longer commuting to work, how do you fill your drive time?

A: In the morning, I take more time to enjoy breakfast and prep for the day. Post-work, I like to try to get out of the house right away and take advantage of the daylight.
