At a cost of just $1,500, the combination of confidentiality, convenience, and a customized approach makes Executive Exchange the best value for BNP members. The cost for non-members is $2,500. The group meets monthly with the exception of July and August.

You work with a group of professionals from diverse industries and backgrounds, selected to match your needs. Experienced facilitators customize the program to focus on specific group goals, objectives, and challenges.
The program is designed to fit your schedule, meeting once a month, from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., in the comfort of Partnership offices or a participating members’ place of business.

Michael Cardus has a focused expertise on leadership, organizational development and team building, working with a variety of businesses, teams and individuals. Michael is frequently asked to create pragmatic solutions to address the development of high performance teams, retention of talent, innovation of product and profit streams, interpersonal and intergroup conflict, coaching of leaders, and development of systems to drive positive behaviors. Working primarily with teams and management within these organizations, his role has been to coach, counsel, facilitate and conduct focused group work. Mike is currently an Organizational Development Specialist at Roswell Park Cancer Center.
Anne Moretti, a former Executive, possesses over 20 years of senior management and consulting experience in organization and leadership development. In collaboration with the University at Buffalo, she led leadership development and change management programs in Hungary, Russia, and Bosnia, including the Ministry of Health, in Sarajevo post-war. Anne possesses nationally recognized certifications in leadership and organizational assessments, change management, coaching and development, facilitation, training, strategy and other OD processes. Anne is President of Moretti Consulting, LLC based in Buffalo, NY.
Jessica Schimert is an experienced organizational development professional who is passionate about building engaged cultures, designing exceptional employee experiences, and optimizing talent.
Jessica leverages her marketing, people operations, and consulting experiences to build and align people strategy with business strategy to ensure a competitive advantage for her clients. Jessica works with executive and management teams to identify company strategy, measure employee engagement, map and design exceptional employee experiences, build high-performing teams, and optimize talent. The ultimate goal is to harness the talent within an organization to drive bottom-line results.
