At a cost of just $2,500, the combination of confidentiality, convenience, and a customized approach makes Executive Exchange the best value for BNP members. The cost for non-members is $4,000. The group meets monthly with the exception of July and August.

Michael Cardus has a focused expertise on leadership, organizational development and team building, working with a variety of businesses, teams and individuals. Michael is frequently asked to create pragmatic solutions to address the development of high performance teams, retention of talent, innovation of product and profit streams, interpersonal and intergroup conflict, coaching of leaders, and development of systems to drive positive behaviors. Working primarily with teams and management within these organizations, his role has been to coach, counsel, facilitate and conduct focused group work. Mike is currently an Organizational Development Specialist at Roswell Park Cancer Center.

Anne Moretti brings over twenty years of executive management and consulting experience in the areas of Board Development, Executive Coaching and Development, Assessments, Change Strategy & Culture Transformation, Organizational & Team Development, Strategic/Operational Planning, Quality Improvement, and large/small group facilitation. Her clients include health care systems, nursing homes, pharmaceutical companies, insurance companies, construction and manufacturing companies, foundations, physician groups, non-profits, education, and government.
Anne holds several nationally-recognized certifications including Executive & Leadership Competency assessment, Emotional Intelligence, leadership development, quality improvement, group facilitation, organizational change, transition management and strategy. In the areas of measurement, she implemented a number of needs assessments, focus groups and organizational assessments based on Malcolm-Baldrige quality criteria, the Balanced Score Card, and 360-degree performance measures.
