Courtney Walsh currently develops custom corporate training at the University at Buffalo School of Management. Previously, she led the School’s Executive and Professional MBA programs. During that time, she co-created and taught courses in emotional intelligence and coached more than 500 business professionals. Additionally, Courtney has organized international business trips to Asia, Europe and South America that provided educational, business, and networking opportunities for professionals.
Prior to her work at UB, Courtney held positions with Delaware North in Buffalo and Boston, and served in multiple strategic marketing roles for entertainment and nonprofit organizations.
Courtney’s consulting work is focused on leadership development and marketing strategy.
Courtney earned an MBA from UB School of Management and a BS from Ithaca College, with dual majors in management and marketing. She also holds numerous certifications in such areas as emotional intelligence, negotiation and decision-making strategies, Hogan Group Assessments, WorkPlace Big Five and CernySmith Assessments.
Courtney is a citizen of Ireland and the United States
