Buffalo Niagara Partnership CEO Dottie Gallagher was named to the 2025 Upstate Power 100. This recognition from City & State New York reflects a strong year for Upstate New York and the leaders moving our region forward.
“Dottie Gallagher has been focused on building the Buffalo economy for years,” wrote City & State. “Gallagher became the CEO of the Buffalo Niagara Partnership in 2013 following a stint leading Visit Buffalo Niagara. In June, Gallagher will retire from her position advocating for Western New York businesses. She’ll be replaced by Grant Loomis, who has headed advocacy for the Partnership and was a top aide to former Rep. Chris Collins in Congress and when Collins was Erie County executive.”
The BNP and Gallagher are proud to be recognized at No. 49 alongside Robert Duffy, President & CEO of the Greater Rochester Chamber, and Mark Eagan, President & CEO of the Capital Region Chamber of Commerce. Their advocacy and leadership are playing important roles in strengthening the business community and advancing the semiconductor industry across Upstate New York.
