Executive Exchange is a program offered for about one-tenth of the cost of other professional development programs.
At a cost of just $1,250, the combination of confidentiality, convenience, and a customized approach makes Executive Exchange the best value for BNP members. The cost for non-members is $2,500. The group meets monthly with the exception of July and August.
You work with a group of professionals from diverse industries and backgrounds, selected to match your needs. Experienced facilitators customize the program to focus on specific group goals, objectives, and challenges.
The program is designed to fit your schedule, meeting once a month, from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., in the comfort of Partnership offices or a participating members’ place of business.
The Buffalo Niagara Partnership’s Executive Exchange Program is a unique peer-to-peer, professional development program for senior level business leaders to meet, share experiences, and resolve business challenges in a comfortable and confidential setting.
Executive Exchange is completely confidential and participants are matched to a small group of executives from diverse industries and backgrounds. Experienced facilitators customize the program to focus on specific group goals, objectives and challenges.
There are currently three Executive Exchange groups. Each group is comprised of 10 to 15 participants who meet monthly from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. on a designated week day in the comfort of Partnership offices or participating members place of business. The groups are formed specifically for the executives attending and customized by the group facilitator based on specific needs.
Partnership representatives will assist you in selecting the best group for your particular goals and objectives based on your application.
Executive Exchange is designed for senior level business leaders with decision-making responsibilities who want to excel in their field and grow themselves and their business. Examples include CEOs, COOs, CFOs, controllers and other high-ranking senior leaders.
A diverse range of participants sets Executive Exchange apart from other programs with examples including professional services, manufacturing, education, medical, legal, financial, construction, energy and hospitality to name a few.
The 10-month program (groups do not meet in July and August) is available to Partnership members for just $1,250, a fraction of the cost of similar leadership programs. The cost for non-members is $2,500. Participants can renew on a yearly basis.

Michael Cardus has a focused expertise on leadership, organizational development and team building, working with a variety of businesses, teams and individuals. Michael is frequently asked to create pragmatic solutions to address the development of high performance teams, retention of talent, innovation of product and profit streams, interpersonal and intergroup conflict, coaching of leaders, and development of systems to drive positive behaviors. Working primarily with teams and management within these organizations, his role has been to coach, counsel, facilitate and conduct focused group work.
Anne Moretti, a former Executive, possesses over 20 years of senior management and consulting experience in organization and leadership development. In collaboration with the University at Buffalo, she led leadership development and change management programs in Hungary, Russia, and Bosnia, including the Ministry of Health, in Sarajevo post-war. Anne possesses nationally recognized certifications in leadership and organizational assessments, change management, coaching and development, facilitation, training, strategy and other OD processes. Anne is President of Moretti Consulting, LLC based in Buffalo, NY.
Sesha Yalamanchili leverages her extensive background in sales, marketing, operations, and innovation to influence organizations of every size and scope. Specializing in creating inclusive cultures, diversity training, inclusive leadership coaching, building team effectiveness, developing leaders, and coaching emerging leader. She has an inherent ability to combine the latest research and learning principles to create high-energy, engaging, collaborative, learning spaces for leaders to grow. Passionate about empowering others with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to navigate and advance in their careers, she works with business leaders to sustain long-term results. Sesha is a Certified Everything DiSC® facilitator and a Certified Professional Coach with the International Coaching Federation and the CaaP Institute Positive Psychology Coaching.
