Watch: Next Steps – OSHA’s Vaccine or Test Rule for Employers
On November 4, 2021, the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) released the awaited Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS), requiring all employers with 100 or more employees to ensure their workforce is fully vaccinated or to require weekly testing of unvaccinated workers. The release of the ETS follows President Biden’s original announcement of the policy in September 2021.
This new OSHA rule will have significant and daily impacts on the workplace. The purpose of this webisode is to update BNP members and the Buffalo Niagara business community on the ETS’s details and implications as well as to answer specific questions.
Join the BNP and Cindy Lawrence, Compliance Officer for the Employer Services Corporation (ESC), for a discussion on what the ETS means for your workplace and best practices for fully complying with the new rule.
