WNY D&I Business Community Assessment

Welcome to the 2020 WNY D&I Business Community Assessment

The Buffalo Niagara Partnership and its partners asked employers to participate in an assessment to evaluate the state of diversity, equity and inclusion in the WNY business community.
The information gathered from the survey will be essential to better understand what steps WNY employers are currently taking to build diverse and inclusive cultures within their workplaces, how employers are measuring progress, what roadblocks organizations face in addressing these issues and what resources employers think are necessary to assist in this important work.

The assessment closed on July 7th. Results will be released in the next few weeks.
