Executive Exchange and Leader Exchange programs are peer-to-peer, professional development programs, exclusively for Buffalo Niagara Partnership members.  These programs are professionally facilitated by some of the region’s most successful business professionals and customized to meet the individual needs of the members in each group.

Michael Cardus - Team building & leadership expert

Michael Cardus has a focused expertise on leadership, organizational development and team building, working with a variety of businesses, teams and individuals. Michael is frequently asked to create pragmatic solutions to address the development of high performance teams, retention of talent, innovation of product and profit streams, interpersonal and intergroup conflict, coaching of leaders, and development of systems to drive positive behaviors. Working primarily with teams and management within these organizations, his role has been to coach, counsel, facilitate and conduct focused group work.

Jessica Schimert
Jessica J. Schimert, Business consultant, trainer & coach - Leader Exchange Faciltator

Jessica J. Schimert, MBA, MS is a skilled business trainer, facilitator, coach and speaker. Jessica currently is a business consultant for Performance Management Partners. She creates interactive workshops for organizations, to help enhance employee’s emotional intelligence and “people” skills. Jessica has worked with a wide variety of organizations. She has also served as adjunct faculty member at Canisius College for the past seven years. She moderated the advisory group coaching programs at the Women’s Business Center and served as a trainer for the Center for Professional Development.

Anne Moretti
Anne Moretti

Anne M. Moretti, a former Executive, possesses over twenty years of senior management and consulting experience in the areas of Executive coaching and leadership development, assessments, change management, cultural alignment and diversity, organizational development, board development, merger integration and strategic planning. For ten years, in collaboration with the University at Buffalo, she led leadership development and change management programs for developing leaders and organizations in Hungary, Russia and Bosnia including the Ministry of Health in Sarajevo post-war. Anne possesses nationally-recognized certifications in leadership and organizational assessments, change management, coaching and development, facilitation, training, strategy and other OD processes. Her clients include a wide-range of organizations in the profit and non-profit sectors nationally and globally. Currently, she serves as a mentor at the University at Buffalo’s Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership and as a coach in the CLOE Leadership Accelerator Program. Anne is President and Founder of Moretti Consulting, LLC based in Buffalo, NY.

Pamela Szalay

Pamela Szalay is a consultant, trainer and coach specializing in Creative Problem Solving, Team Building, Leadership Development and Innovative Culture. In the last ten years, she has worked with international manufacturing companies, universities, schools, not-for profit institutions and small local firms, while also contributing to national blogs such as the Association for Talent Development and Develop Intelligence. Pamela holds a Master of Science degree in Creativity and Change Leadership from SUNY Buffalo State and is certified to deliver FourSight: The Breakthrough-Thinking Profile. Notable projects include contributing to "The Creative Thinker's Toolbox", a DVD lecture series for The Great Courses; designing curriculum endorsed by the International Center for Studies in Creativity; and delivering a three-day creativity training program to educators in China. As President and Founder of the consulting firm Imagine &, Pamela is proud to be based in Buffalo, NY.
