Employing DEI in WNY - 2022 Assessment results
On October 18, 2022, we unveiled the results of our 2022 Community Business Assessment which measured key indicators and compared them to our first 2020 Assessment.
The 2022 update answered the question, Has the Buffalo Niagara Community improved its DEI practices at work? In the report, we took a deep dive into the results and explored where Buffalo Niagara employers are today and what progress has been made since 2020.
