We are all excited by the site of cranes and subsequent construction that’s transforming the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus and Canalside. Both projects are bold, revolutionary changes for our region which seem to be changing our landscape on a daily basis.
So now what?
A few months ago I blogged about the 20-something invasion of Buffalo Niagara. Through the blog, I conveyed the enormous opportunity that we have to engage these young people and provide them with reasons to stay in the area.
The Partnership has been actively engaged in the NYS budget process over the last three months.
Last week, I was on the “winners” list of the Winners and Losers feature of City and State due to the Forbes article that named Buffalo the No. 1 most affordable city to live in the USA.
Let’s get this straight – we support reform of our political system and the rampant corruption in NYS politics.
Last week I tweeted a link about the growing population of 20-34 year olds in Buffalo Niagara. Without question, with more than 50 or so retweets and favorites, this was the most popular thing I’ve ever done on Twitter.
