Pamela Szalay Joins Leader Exchange Program as Facilitator

The Buffalo Niagara Partnership is pleased to introduce the newest facilitator in our Leader Exchange program – Pamela Szalay, president and founder of the consulting firm Imagine & headquartered in Buffalo.

Pamela facilitates monthly sessions in the Partnership’s Leader Exchange program, a unique peer to peer leadership development program focused on the goals, objectives and challenges of today’s developing business professionals. She assists participants in the members-only program to learn how to effectively create, collaborate and lead change in their organizations. 

Pamela has a wide range of experience in professional development, specializing in creative problem solving, team building, leadership development and innovative culture. In the last ten years, she has worked with international manufacturing companies, universities, schools, not-for profit institutions and small local firms, while also contributing to national blogs such as the Association for Talent Development and Develop Intelligence.

Pamela holds a Master of Science degree in Creativity and Change Leadership from SUNY Buffalo State. Notable projects include contributing to “The Creative Thinker’s Toolbox”, a DVD lecture series for The Great Courses. She has also designed curriculum endorsed by the International Center for Studies in Creativity and has led a creativity training program for educators in China.
