The Buffalo Niagara Partnership is pleased to introduce the newest facilitator in our Leader Exchange program: Sesha Yalamanchili, president and founder of On The Mark Consulting, headquartered in Western New York.
Sesha will facilitate monthly sessions in the Partnership’s Leader Exchange, a unique peer-to-peer leadership development program focused on the goals, objectives, and challenges of today’s business professionals. She will help participants in the members-only program keep up with emerging and future trends in leadership—and what Sesha describes as an “emotional intelligence boom” in the business world.
“It is a different world of constant change, disruption, and uncertainty in which tomorrow’s leaders will need greater emotional awareness and agility to motivate, inspire, and empower,” she explains. “I am excited to bring this new track to the Leader Exchange program and share what we can learn from the latest discoveries around when humans are at their best in preparing professionals to lead with creativity and innovation.”
A seasoned leadership consultant and trainer with nearly two decades of business experience, Sesha specializes in equipping leaders with the knowledge, tools, and resources to make an immediate impact in their organization. Her program builds on an extensive background in sales, marketing, operations, and innovation including work in health care, technology, and manufacturing.
Clients of her firm, On The Mark Consulting, include Freed Maxick and Baxter Healthcare as well as companies in New York, Boston, and Minneapolis. Sesha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from University at Buffalo and is a certified Everything DiSC® facilitator, designating her certification to administer personality profile assessments and coaching services.
“Understanding real world challenges from the human perspective is key to helping professionals accelerate their growth as leaders,” she said. “This approach aligns so well with the mission of the Partnership to continually support the Buffalo Niagara business community with innovative programs and forward-thinking ideas.”
Please join us in welcoming Sesha to the Partnership’s Leader Exchange. Along with our Executive Exchange and BN360, our young professional development program, it’s one of the many ways in which the Partnership is helping regional employers develop leaders.
