Anne ConstantinoAnne Constantino
Horizon Corporations

As president and CEO of Horizon Health Services for more than 22 years, Anne has been one of Western New York’s leading advocates for mental health and addiction treatment. She oversees the largest provider of mental health and substance use treatment in the area including three affiliated not-for-profits: Horizon Health Services, Horizon Village and Health Management Group.

First Job Out of School

A native of Niagara Falls, Anne’s first job out of school was as a detox counselor at Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo.

Career Highlights

Anne points to Horizon’s taking over of Terrace House in 2014, a 71-bed detox and inpatient facility in Buffalo, as one of her many career highlights.  She notes that desperately needed services for the community were going to be closed if Horizon did not step in and agree to operate the facility. She says Horizon literally took on a new business and “re-opened” within seven days thanks to a total team effort.
