Young Professionals Group to host Entrepreneurial Showcase
Budding Entrepreneurs, Current Business Owners Encouraged to Attend
BUFFALO, NY – Buffalo Niagara 360 (BN360), the young professionals group of the Buffalo Niagara Partnership, presents Buffalo Means Business: A Showcase for Tomorrow’s Entrepreneur’s & Social Innovators on Wednesday, April 21 from 5:30-7:30 PM at the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus Innovation Center, 640 Ellicott Street. The event is designed for budding entrepreneurs who are thinking about starting a business, as well as current business owners who are interested in growing their business and anyone interested in learning more about supporting our local economy. BN360 is partnering with UB’s Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership for this event.
“We really understand the importance of encouraging the next generation of leadership to launch and support local businesses in WNY,” said Ann Mestrovich, Manager of Business Development at the Partnership. The program’s presenters include “entrepreneurial storytellers” Michelle Bonn (Expedient Trade) and Trace George (VSP Marketing Graphic Group), who will share their experiences about owning a business. Additionally, a panel of local business owners and organizations will talk about their work as social entrepreneurs, with a focus on supporting our local economy.
