Buffalo Niagara Partnership Recaps Year & Looks Ahead with Annual Report

Crowd of more than 200 attends meeting at Larkin Square

Buffalo, NY – The Buffalo Niagara Partnership today released its Annual Report at a meeting of more than 200 people including its Board of Directors and members, along with community leaders.  The report detailed the regional chamber of commerce’s successful work on behalf of its employer members over the course of the 2017-18 fiscal year.

During her address at Larkin Square, the Partnership’s President and CEO, Dottie Gallagher-Cohen highlighted the organization’s advocacy work, membership growth, economic development policy and workforce development initiatives.

“In the last year, the Partnership has remained steadfastly committed to championing the needs of Buffalo Niagara’s employers,” said Gallagher-Cohen. “We have focused our efforts on encouraging investment in downtown Buffalo, strengthening the regional workforce, and making sure everyone in our region benefits from the growing economy.”

In addition to highlighting the work of the last year, the organization also unveiled its new branding campaign. The campaign gives new and important visibility to the Partnership’s work, emphasizing the return on investment for members. The campaign has been supported by Mower, Lamar and WGRZ.
