Therese Hickok will lead New Customer Experience

BUFFALO–The Buffalo Niagara Partnership today announced the hiring of Vice President of Marketing and Engagement, Therese Hickok, formerly of Uniland Development Company.

In this newly created role, reporting directly to CEO Dottie Gallagher-Cohen, Hickok will build and maintain relationships with the organization’s constituencies including media, customers, prospects, economic development and municipal officials and community leaders.
