What if you were to ask an employer and a local family what are a couple of issues that face our surrounding communities, families, and businesses?  To be sure some would say finding economic stability through good employment and finding qualified candidates.  Seneca Resorts & Casinos recognizes those needs and looks for ways to relieve some of that burden not only on local families but on the corporation as well.

A member of the Partnership for 10 years, Seneca Resorts & Casinos consists of three properties across the WNY area, Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino in Niagara Falls, Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino in Buffalo, and Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino in Salamanca.  Several times a year for approximately 10 weeks at each property we run a Dealer School.  These Dealer Schools provide training for candidates interested in applying to be a dealer so they can be qualified to perform their job.  Providing this opportunity to prospective candidates is not only good business for the corporation, but also good for the surrounding community and families.  Training people in their prospective jobs is a perk for everyone involved and at a certain point during Dealer School the hiring process begins in order to get them licensed.

In addition to this training in a fun environment Seneca Resorts & Casinos provides other benefits to new Team Members once they are hired which include discounts at all of the properties restaurants and outlets, on-site healthcare for both Team Member and spouses with a nurse practitioner who can provide scripts, free close proximity parking, free uniforms, free buffet lunches each day for each shift, quality healthcare benefits, matching 401K benefits, and more.
