Three Partnership staff members attend TPM Academy to earn certification.
At the Buffalo Niagara Partnership, we always do our homework in supporting the needs of our members. In fact, when it comes to Talent Pipeline Management – TPM – we are actually going to school.
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce TPM Academy, a formal training and certification program for leaders in workforce development, trains the TPM approach which provides a structured framework through a six-step process to bridge workforce gaps.

The Buffalo Niagara Partnership is re-engaging the Talent Pipeline Management Project to help employers reach workforce goals and to establish a pipeline of talent that is aligned with a company’s specific requirements and evolving industry standards.
As with all aspects of business, COVID-19 paused the BNP’s TPM initiative, and created the opportunity to re-evaluate the employment needs of our region, which have also been significantly impacted by the ongoing pandemic.
