Kristy Farrell is currently the Director of Diversity and Inclusion for M&T Bank. Her responsibilities include supporting the DI&B vision, leading workstreams on unconscious bias, developing diverse talent, and communicating efforts across the organization. Previous responsibilities at M&T include managing Employee Experience, Talent Management and Leadership Development Processes, and serving as a Senior HR Business Partner. Kristy is on the board of NativityMiguel middle school.
