The Buffalo Niagara Partnership’s annual Advocacy & Member Survey is in full swing. If you’ve received an email from us asking for your input, we hope you will answer the call. The survey gives us critical insight into how we can best advocate for Buffalo Niagara employers. It also helps strengthen our work on behalf of our members.
Each year, we summarize survey findings in our annual Member Pulse Report. Results from past years are directly tied to the Partnership’s deepening commitment to helping employers address workforce challenges. Last year alone, our members told us that workforce was a significant pain point for a full 75% of our members and 50% of our members said they struggle to achieve a diverse workforce. Those insights, among others, led to our daylong Diversity & Inclusion Symposium in June, the ongoing efforts of Employ Buffalo Niagara, and establishing new employer collaboratives to connect regional employers with the talent they need.
