2017 BN360 Skills for Success – Leadership & Mentoring

2017 BN360 Skills for Success – Leadership & Mentoring

This event has reached capacity.

Join us for our final Skills for Success event, presented by Niagara University.

One of the roles of a leader is to develop the leadership capacities of others. This requires a clear understanding of what it means to be a leader and the skills for mentoring. At the same time, finding a mentor for yourself can help accelerate your own development as a leader. At this event you will learn what it takes to be a leader and a mentor and how to find a mentor for yourself. You will discover how to identify current and potential mentors in your life and how to get the most out of those relationships. You will also be introduced to the skills needed to be a mentor to others.

Presenter Biography:
Mitchell R. Alegre is Instructor of Management and Leadership in Niagara University’s College of Business Administration. He serves as Advisor to the University’s Interdisciplinary Minor in Leadership.
