2017 BN360 Skills for Success – Generational Diversity

Save the Date for our second Skills for Success event, presented by Niagara University!


In today’s workforce you are likely to find four distinct generations working side by side. Managers and teams are navigating different mindsets, priorities and communication styles. This event will focus on managing and working in a generationally diverse organization. 

Bill Kennelly is a Vice President within the Corporate Learning and Development Division at M&T Bank in Buffalo, NY. Bill has direct responsibility for the development of the training strategy and program curriculum for the Banking Services Division, in addition to managing the bank’s Learning Management application. He insures that divisional training and development strategy aligns with the overall M&T bank leadership requirements and enterprise strategy. He has spent over ten years in operations management and eight years in training where he has contributed to the creation of multiple enterprise and divisional training and leadership programs. 

Bill holds a Master’s degree from Niagara University in Educational Administration and Supervision, is an alumni of M&T’s Management Development Program and currently serves as an Adjunct Professor in the College of Business Administration at Niagara University.

Volunteer involvement includes serving on Niagara University’s College of Business Administration Advisory Board, and the WNY United Way Campaign Committee.

Joseph Winter, CPA, CFE, MBA joined Niagara University as an adjunct faculty member in the spring of 2006 and became an Assistant Professor in the fall of 2013. Joe brings experience from a distinguished career in private andpublic accounting. He began his career as an auditor at The Bonadio Group, CPA’s (Buffalo) ans has been a practicing certified public accountant (CPA) for over 23 years. His accomplishments also include Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of companies engaged in health care, venture capital, insurance and economic development. Areas of current research include health care and economic development. Joe is also a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
