Concerns over lack of affordable downtown housing is growing

A recent proposed project to convert the offices of St. Paul’s Cathedral into apartments is raising concerns that there is not enough affordable housing in downtown Buffalo.

In the Buffalo News article, Buffalo Niagara Partnership President and CEO, Dottie Gallagher-Cohen, said, “I caution us not to forget what we’re trying to do, which is to create a neighborhood in downtown Buffalo.
