HR Connections is the Partnership's Human Resources referral network created to help members with their HR needs.

Our pool of Preferred HR Consultants offer services that include but are not limited to:

• Counseling Management Training 
• Salary Surveys Organizational Development 
• Outplacement Services Prepaid Legal Services 
• Benefit Programs Team Building 
• HR on Site Services Reference/Background Checks 
• Health & Safety Plans Handbooks/Job Descriptions

HR Connections is a referral service by which the Buffalo Niagara Partnership assists member companies in identifying human resources service providers to address their HR needs. The Buffalo Niagara Partnership does not endorse consultants or service providers. We cannot guarantee that a consultant will be successful in a relationship with the client. The Partnership has, however, contacted several references for each Preferred HR Consultant and has received positive assurance from clients concerning the quality and reliability of the specific services they will provide as part of the HR Connections program. The Preferred HR Consultant selected is solely responsible for its services to you, the user. The Partnership shall not be liable for any damages or costs of any type arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the services of such company. The determination of the fees, scope, duration and other terms of provided to members will be negotiated directly between the Preferred HR Consultant and the client. The Partnership will not be involved in specifying elements of the agreements between client members and HR Connections Providers.
