Many Partnership members have already realized that the Bright Choices™ program is the best option to buy health insurance and other benefits. Bright Choices makes it easier than ever to select the mix of benefits that’s exactly right for you and your employees. In 2010, the program has been enhanced with more options to control benefits costs and give participants greater value for the benefits they want.

ENROLLMENT INFORMATION 2010 Open Enrollment Instructions:
· New to Bright Choices? Complete Steps 1 and 2.
· Already enrolled in Bright Choices and choosing a new plan? You’ll only need to complete step 2.
· Not making any changes to your current selections? We encourage you to review the new options available through the expanded 2010 Bright Choices program, but if you’re satisfied with your current plans, you do not need to do anything to remain in them.
Step 1: Completed by each employer
Before you and your employees can enroll in benefits, your company has to be set up in the Bright Choices program. Each employer needs to fill out and submit a Group Enrollment Form http://content.liazonpartners.com/BNP/BNP-Group-Enrollment-Form.pdf Step 2: Completed by each employee
Once the company is set up in Bright Choices, each employer and employee can enroll in their personal benefits. Bright Choices will actually recommend the benefits plans that best meet each person’s needs. To access the program: · Go to http://www.myliazon.com
Group Identifier: thepartnership Username: First and last initials and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (no dashes or spaces) Password: Your full 9-digit Social Security Number (no dashes or spaces). The first time you log in, you will be asked to change your password · Browse and explore the portal and, when you’re ready to enroll, click on Build Your Benefits to get started.
