Executive Giambra's Proposed FY2005 Four-Year Plan
On Tuesday, September 13, 2005, County Executive Giambra released his four-year fiscal recovery plan as required by the Erie County Fiscal Stability Authority (ECSFA). The plan now goes to the legislature for approval before being sent to the ECFSA. Robert Gioia, Chair of the Erie County Stabilization Project, and Andrew Rudnick, President and CEO of the Buffalo Niagara Partnership issued a joint letter to the Ned Regan, Chair of the ECFSA, Erie County Executive Joel Giambra, and the members of the Erie County Legislature.
