Guidelines:
  • Roundtable participants will be CEOs, owners, managing partners or people in charge of a local operation of an organization with more than five employees.
  • Meetings will be held monthly at a member?s location for approximately two hours (to be determined by the group).
  • Each roundtable will agree on a structure and level of formality that best meets the group?s needs, and establish its own priorities and agenda to maximize the value of every meeting.
  • Each roundtable will have a Group Leader who will be trained (with another member of the group) in facilitation and will lead the group for a period of time to be determined by the group.
  • Members must attend meetings regularly, maintain complete confidentially, and remain in a non-compete status.
  • The Partnership will provide staff and communication resources (i.e. secure web pages) to facilitate the success of each group.
  • There will be an annual $500 (non-refundable) program fee to support the cost of managing the program. In addition, each participant will cover the cost of hosting approximately one meeting/year.
  • Vacancies will usually be filled in pairs by the unanimous consent of the group after the prospective new members have attended as guests.
