Public policy reform and allocation of public funds are decisions only elected officials can make. The Partnership's Political Action Committee (PAC) supports and endorses those candidates whose platforms and legislative records best identify with the Partnership's NOW Campaign, "Unshackle Upstate" and other Government Affairs agenda priorities.
Since the Partnership's inception, our mission has been, and continues to be, directed toward initiatives which aid in achieving and maintaining regional economic cooperation, competitiveness, and growth. Candidates selected must have the political effectiveness, and/or play a leading role in advocating legislative agendas to achieve Partnership priorities on behalf of our members.
The harsh reality is that money makes a difference in this cause, and PAC contributions from our membership have become increasingly important. The Partnership invites members to become involved in this advocacy opportunity by contributing to the PAC.
